Tiny houses are all the rage. Especially ones with great quiet AC. Here is your opportunity to stay in a tiny house in the middle of Austin. We call it the Tree-cycle because it’s on wheels. This little jewel has all you need for a comfy nights sleep. A queen bed, mini kitchen with fridge, micro, hotplate, cable TV, wifi, coffee maker and dishes. There is a couch with table and extra chair, chest of drawers and a bathroom with toilet and shower. It was built by master furniture maker, the owner, Wolf Sittler. It has amazing wood details.
Best news is the new quiet air-conditioner heater. It gets super cool, a must in Texas summers.
The location is ideal: 20 minutes from the airport, 5 minutes from the trendy SOCO and Rainy street districts, 15 minutes from the capital and the University of Texas. Even better, it is 3 blocks from the Hike and Bike trail. When you are in the house it feels like the country since it backs up to a wooded greenbelt. There is fast wifi, cable TV, AC and heat.
$115 per night, 3 night minimum and 725 week
Pricing is slightly higher during festivals.
There is also a 15% Texas tax and a $40 cleaning fee.
